Have you ever thought of how to deal with the Gashapon that left behind? Could you imagine how magical it is when the abandoned shell transformed into priceless artworks in beautiful colour? In the eyes of artists, nothing is “no value＂. Everything could be converted to art piece by their marvelous creativity. Jockey Club Creative Arts Centre (JCCAC) organized the “Reborn of Gashapon” during 8-11 May 2009, the participants have transformed the Gashapon to art pieces that capsule the blessing to the people they don’t know. The painted Gashapon will be sent, together with the words of blessing, to the home for the elderly, children or during home visit, after they were displayed in the Centre.
